RECLAIM group coaching program
Do you need a creative reset?
The Reclaim group coaching program is a 3-month cohort that provides creatives and purpose-seekers from all walks of life with the guidance and community they need to start, reactivate, or make progress on a creative project while establishing a life-long creative practice.
When you follow your creative callings, your life becomes aligned with who you truly are.
As a creative coach, I help my clients and workshop participants understand their creative work on a deeper level. I guide them through the process of developing positive life habits that nourish their creative potential. I help them refresh their values and reimagine the stories they tell themselves and the world.
Maybe you’ve put your creative callings to the side and prioritized other areas of your life for as long as you can remember, only to find that no matter how much you accomplish and no matter how many expectations you meet for other people, you still feel a lack of personal fulfillment.
You’re realizing how truly important it is to you to live an inspired, creative life.
Maybe you want to reignite your creative spark, explore your life story, or start a heart-centered blog or business, build a platform or community, find a new direction in your career, enhance your leadership and advocacy skills through storytelling, or discover your creative voice and identity and see where it leads you. The possibilities are endless and unique to you.
Whether your calling is general or specific, maybe you’re not sure how it will affect the rest of your life, or if you’re willing to risk the familiarity you have for the fuller expression you crave.
Maybe ‘creative living’ seems like something other people do, or it seems like you can’t get there from where you are because of your roles, limitations, and responsibilities.
What if you could infuse your creative work into your life and find a steady flow of abundance in the process regardless of results?
I know from personal experience that you can. And I would love to be your guide.
INTRODUCING:
THE RECLAIM GROUP COACHING PROGRAM
…
I created the Reclaim Group Coaching program for heart-centered creatives who want to grow within a supportive, interactive process designed to bring their inner visions out of hiding. By helping my clients and participants understand their creative process from the inside out, and develop positive life habits that nourish their creative potential, I empower them to align with their values and reimagine the stories they tell themselves and the world.
Starting Monday, August 29 and running through Sunday, November 20, the program consists of weekly cowriting sessions, three monthly instructional workshops based on the Reclaim foundational modules, plus the option for three small group coaching sessions with me, and/or individualized coaching and feedback as described below.
…
What would it feel like to:
— be guided through mindset shifts that allow you to overcome mental and emotional blocks to your inner creative voice?
—practice creative vulnerability and courage in a safe environment while building community with other growth-minded souls?
—have access to a coach who not only provides practical techniques but also mindfulness tools so you can manage the emotional dynamics of putting those techniques into action?
— develop a values-based creative process that serves as trusted foundation for your future endeavors?
—turn down the volume on your doubts and turn up the volume on your desires?
Your desires are clues to your potential.
You are worthy and capable of living the creative life you daydream about.
A few years ago I decided to slow down, change my habits and lifestyle, and root my creative life in ease and flow instead of stress and struggle. At first, I felt like I was free-falling as I released control. I was tempted to put off dealing with my emotional bad habits until I’d achieved ‘enough’, but deep down I knew there was a bigger, better path for me, just like there is for all of us when we stop trying to force, control, and outmaneuver life.
Although I craved a slow, intentional life, I thought of this desire as a weakness and confirmation that I didn’t have what it takes to bring my dreams to life. What I found is that when you learn how to consciously take care of yourself, you find this mental and emotional space to imagine more, to give and receive more. When you strip the old stories away, your gifts remain—clearer and more fertile than you perceived them before. Your life-affirming needs and desires become clues, inspiring your movements, guiding you toward your creative expansion. All in nature’s time.
Once I got past the initial discomfort, I realized that slow could be my new unapologetic normal. Slow could be how I live, run my business, create my passion projects, everything—and without sacrificing opportunity or abundance.
When I understood how to fuel my creative process through self-care, I found clarity, focus, and renewed energy.
The path to living an authentic life starts with discomfort, then blossoms into ease. What I discovered through my journey of slowing down and prioritizing self-care is that I could schedule my life to experience it deeply and create a pace that is empowering for me.
This has been the game-changing shift: realizing that the key to a sustainable process is leaning into my unique needs, values, gifts, so I can create from a place of natural curiosity, flow, joy, and service.
There are many approaches to fitting creativity into your life, the key is to figure out what works for you. Through the Reclaim program, I bring together my personal and professional experience to provide you with awareness and options so you can discover strategies that work uniquely for you.
my approach
tangible instruction around heart-centered work
You’re probably here because you’re familiar with some aspect of my work and sense that my guidance will help you. Trusting your intuition is a big part of finding the right support for your needs! My sessions combine the practical insights of a creative workshop along with the radical acceptance and emotional communion of a support group. I approach coaching and consulting as a teaching artist, sharing the ups and downs of my creative journey along the way. I’ve created and tested every exercise myself and will share the details of my personal discoveries with you as I provide instruction.
Another great way to get a feel for my style and approach is to see me in action and experience how I coach. When you have a few moments to yourself, grab a journal and watch this coaching video. I offer some background on how I came to do this work, and how my personal and professional experiences have come together to create the Reclaim program. Also, I walk you through one of the pivotal exercises from the program; one that will create noticeable shifts in your thinking and response to discomfort.
MY CREATIVE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES
When you let go of disempowering stories about your creative limitations, you can make room for empowering new possibilities.

OTHER FAQ’S:
-
Whether you’re a writer or not, writing helps you process your emotions, brainstorm, practice flexible thinking, record + refine your ideas, and more. Reclaim uses writing exercises for self-discovery and awareness that will nourish creative mindset habits in anyone.
-
There are some elements of the Creative Courage Writing Intensive included in the Reclaim foundational modules. However, the length, curriculum, structure, and goals of this program are different. The Writing Intensive focuses on courageous storytelling, and there is limited focus on specific projects. The Reclaim process is more comprehensive and focuses on longer term implementation and guidance.

I’ve poured a great deal of love, focus, and intention into this program, so I want to work with people who are also prepared to commit to the process. Once the doors open on August 29, you will have access to all the course materials, so there will be no refunds offered.
I will consider unique situations with good cause on a case-by-case basis and with a cancellation fee, but only before the coursework is released on Monday, August 29.
If you wish to cancel during the course of the program, there are no refunds, however you will retain access to the program and bonus materials.
-
You will have lifetime access to the course materials.
-
During the registration period, I’ll be gathering information from each individual to determine if creating additional sessions make sense. My intention is to work with everyone’s schedule.
All sessions are recorded, so you can access all the instruction that way and still feel a connection to the community.
Also, you may want to inquire about 1:1 coaching where scheduling is more straightforward.
